Hi, I’m Carissa — a yoga teacher, nature lover, and founder of Homebody Movement Club. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone, no matter your experience or background. My teaching style is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in mindfulness and joy, helping you feel supported and safe on the mat.
I grew up surrounded by the natural beauty of Northeastern Ontario, and that connection to nature inspires both my yoga practice and my work. Outside of yoga, I hold degrees in environmental practice and protection, and I believe that caring for ourselves and the planet go hand in hand

A yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors. I’ll provide blocks and cool-down cloths at every class.
